Saturday, May 19th, Graduation Day at Castleton State College, bright sun with clear skies and warmer temperatures!  Morning temperatures were in the mid 60′s with an expected high of 81 degrees; 9 degrees warmer than yesterday!  Sunday is suppose to be sunny with a high of 87!   Temperatures are heating up.  Our Inn has rooms available tonight.

Enjoy superb food when you stay at the Marble Mansion!  Our Inn’s afternoon May low teas are going to chocolate chip cookies and fresh berries with yogurt & whip cream. Tea is served at 4 p.m..

If Greek American cuisine is your style, the Fair Haven Inn is a 5 minute walk from the Inn and specializes in fish & seafood. Lake House Bar & Grill Restaurant is right on the water’s edge of Lake Bomoseen is open for their winter hours so if your in the area, please stop in and get a bite to eat on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.  They are closed on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.  The Lake House is approximately a 12 minute drive from our Inn.  Good food is also served at the Iron Lantern on old Route 4 in Castelton.
